About Jaykey Construction Limited

Jaykey ltd was formed in 2012 as a delivery partner for a leading construction company. The majority of our work is based around the social housing sector and over the last two years the company has grown from strength to strength.

We now carry out work across the whole construction industry and are no longer just a social housing contractor; we have become specialists in general building maintenance and repairs.

Jaykey ltd employ a skilled local work force from carpenters and plasterers to qualified electricians and gas fitters. Our works include, specialist heritage projects, electrical rewires, boiler changes, new gas central heating systems, disabled adaptations, external insulated rendering, general roofing, full kitchen and bathroom replacements and commercial shop fitting.

Whether it’s building or maintaining housing or specialist care homes, the end customer remains at the heart of our approach to design and delivery; resulting in great customer care and satisfaction and a high quality finished project.

We only purchase our products and materials from responsible suppliers and ensure that standards enforced by governing bodies for environmental control are adopted. We have a strong mind on recycling and ensure waste on site is separated and where it cannot be re-used on other projects we will recycle wherever possible with our partners.
